How We Process Your Order - We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 24-36 hours. There are several factors that contribute to and can affect the speed with which you will receive your order.- Accuracy of order information. Incomplete or inaccurate billing or shipping information will result in a delay in processing.
- The day of the week an order is placed. Since extreme temperatures can adversely affect wine and because we have no control over the conditions of a carrier's warehousing facility, orders received in the later part of the week generally will be not be shipped until the beginning of the following week to ensure best possible conditions.
- Out of stock. If your order includes an item that is temporarily out-of-stock, but due back in stock within a few days, it will be delayed in an effort to ship the complete order. In that event we will attempt to notify you by e-mail.
